Check your email to confirm your consultation date is correct. If it is not correct please find the first email send after booking and find the "reschedule" link in that email, if you can't find this email, reach out to support@elementalhealth.life.
Make sure you save the consultation date and time in your calendar so you don't forget. You will be emailed and sent an SMS message 24 hours beforehand, and then again an hour before your consultation time.
Make sure that you have downloaded the app called "Zoom." It's available for free for all devices, click here to download Zoom if you don't already have it downloaded.
Please be ready and logged into the Zoom meeting 5 minutes before the planned consultation. A reminder and link and email will be sent to your email 15 minutes before the meeting starts, please look our for that.

If you need to reschedule or cancel, please do so before 24 hours leading up to your consultation time. If you no-show or need to reschedule last minute you will be charged a $20 cancelation fee.
