About

Elemental Health

Elemental Health was created by both son, Lance Kotter and mother, Amanda Kotter. The idea for Elemental Health started around 2015, although Amanda had already been health-coaching clients for years prior. When Lance returned from serving a volunteer two-year christian mission in Poland in 2015, he caught wind of his own vision to empower people to take control of their health. Ever since then, Amanda and Lance have combined forces and visions to better help the community and world at large to make health a habit, through revolutionizing the way we look at and approach health. Amanda is credentialed as a master herbalist, yoga instructor, nutritionist, teacher and training as a German New Medicine (GHK) consultant. Lance is credentialed in business entrepreneurship, sales, marketing and is currently working towards finishing his undergrad in Biomedical science. He plans to become a D.O. in neurology/music therapy so he can better help the world and create local Elemental Health clinics. Amanda loves helping people take their health into their own hands by educating and empowering, Lance loves to use his music as therapy, through playing the harp and creating a healing process for others. Through creating Micro-Courses and tailored monthly health boxes, Amanda and Lance help empower as many people as possible to join the health revolution and make health a habit.
